One of the primary causes of body odour is bad digestion. Your body works according to a biological clock. This means, the body works according to the rising and setting of the sun. All digestive processes must happen within the sun cycle. Other influences include weather patterns and environmental conditions. Eating food or drinking fluids out of the sun cycle timings is considered an abuse of the body. This causes body odour.

Eat when hungry

Eat only when hungry. Your body needs your support to maintain its health. Simply eating does not solve the problem. Eating food is different from digestion it. Your body can digest food only when it expresses hunger. Delaying hunger can cause gas to form and diminish your hunger. Eating late can also cause indigestion.

Eat before it gets dark

Your body cannot digest food if you eat late. Eat your foods before 7:30pm and that too when you are hungry. This habit will maintain your body\’s health.

When you are tired, you rest

If you are tired, you rest – There is a difference between being tired or famished versus being hungry. Your body does not have energy to digest food when you are tired.

Eat Fruits only in the afternoons

Fruits are considered pre-digested foods with a few exceptions of jackfruit and banana. You must consume fruits only  between 3:00pm to 4:30pm. After 4:30pm, consuming fruits will cause bloating and gas trouble.

Drink adequate water

Water intake is a must to remove toxins from your body. The quantity of water you must consume can be measured by the number of times you urinate. If you are urinating 6 times daily, your water intake is optimum. If its more or less, manage your water intake accordingly.

Hot beverage and food

You must avoid drinking hot beverage such as coffee or tea after your morning or evening snack. Drinking milk in any form disturbs digestion.

Bathe before taking your meals

Bathe before breakfast. You not only build a healthy habit, your habit helps kindle quality hunger that makes your body digest food better.

Bowel habits

Maintain clean bowel habits. If you can go to the toilet first thing every morning, your body will be free of odour. If you are not able to clear your bowels, you can drink about 450ml of warm water every morning. This will trigger your bowels. Avoid reading a magazine or using your mobile phone while in the toilet.
