Sauropod androgynous also know as Chakramuni, star gooseberry, or sweet leaf is a Multi vitamin powder. Chakramui is a shrub grown in some tropical regions as a leaf vegetable. It is common in evergreen forest and cultivated up to 1,300m. It grows well as a hedge plant.

Mix a table spoon of chakramuni powder to 50g of curry leaves powder. Now once a week consume 1 spoon of the mixture to small portion of rice along with melted ghee. Have this portion as the first bolus of your meal.
