Each of our appointments includes Nadi Pariksha, an evaluation, and clarification of any doubts, all of which take about 30 minutes.
The fee covers the 30-minute Nadi Pariksha session, along with a treatment plan, diet chart (including specific pathya). Medicines and therapy will incur additional charges.
We prescribe herbal remedies and we dispense Ayurvedic medicines.
Our treatments focus on pathya, or an appropriate diet, which forms the foundation of healing. Ayurvedic medicines and herbal remedies complement this approach. In addition, physical therapies like Marma Chikitsa and yoga may be recommended to promote faster recovery. In some cases, emotional well-being therapies are also suggested.
Our treatments are fully individualized, and we don't offer packages or set timelines.
For pan-India Doot Nadi Pariksha appointments, medicines are sent via parcel, courier, or post, with postal charges applied.

Pathya is the most important part of the remedy. Following it is key to achieving quick results, as medicine alone will not provide the intended outcome unless pathya is adhered to.
You can request an earlier appointment, and we'll do our best to schedule it based on availability.
All our appointments have specific pre-conditions that need to be followed, which is why we do not accommodate emergency or urgent appointments.
You should have received a confirmation email containing 9 points, starting with fasting for 3 hours before the appointment. Please review the email for the full list of instructions.
You can bring your reports and show them after the Nadi Pariksha is completed.

No, unfortunately, we do not.
Ayurvedic medicines typically have no side effects when taken as prescribed. There are specific dosages to be taken at designated times of the day. If these guidelines are not followed, unintended or unspecified conditions may arise, but they usually subside quickly with corrective measures.
If you're traveling to places where you can't find the prescribed pathya, you can carry ready-to-eat, home-prepared foods. You can find recipes here..
Unless you're taking steroids or antihistamines, it should be safe to take allopathic medications alongside Ayurvedic medicines.
