Marma Chikitsa
Marma Chikitsa is an ancient and authentic Ayurvedic restorative and healing therapy. It balances the flow of Prana in the body and helps the body heal quickly. This therapy repairs the network of channels that nourish each tissue and enhances communication at the cellular level, influencing cellular intelligence, metabolism, and immune function through Prana, Tejas, and Ojas.
With its application, several health conditions—such as snoring, certain heart issues, aches, pains, fatigue, and elevated blood sugar levels—can be addressed.

What health conditions are treated with marma chikista?
Marma Chikitsa therapy alleviates pain by stimulating the flow of Prana, thereby pacifying the doshas. It activates agni and effectively detoxifies and cleanses all bodily structures. Marma stimulation can improve metabolism, circulation, nutrition, and rejuvenation of the tissues. The practice can also significantly calm the mind and reduce stress. These energy points may trigger the release of unexpressed or unresolved emotions, helping to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions stored in majja dhatu (nervous system) and mano vaha srotas (channels of thought and information), removing obstacles to the flow of Prana (cellular intelligence).
