What if I told you that your thinking is influenced?

exhausted-man

A person came to me yesterday for a consultation. He said he had a few issues and every doctor he visited put him through investigations but all reports came to be normal.

I performed his Nadi Pariksha and told him what his problems were. As he listened, he was convinced that the diagnosis was accurate. But, that was not what I wanted to communicate to you today.

I observed my diagnosis of his mind, it was something I had seen before, but it was not very common and that was the core of all his physical problems. He had this personality of doubting everything and finding the missing piece in every thing he saw. To say without jargon, he was a a doubter and a fault finder. That was his job too. But, that had become his personality.

As I probed deeper, I found that one of his parents’ had this personality and that was the genesis of my client’s behaviour.

All his physical symptoms of stiffness in his low back, stiffness in his neck and shoulders, disturbed sleep, improper digestion, slow bowel pressure, abdominal pains, pain in his hips and low Vitamin D3 levels emanated from here. He came to know how every problem had its reason to have manifested in his body.

His treatment is due to begin and I am sure he will bring himself out of his problems.

Diagnosing how emotional and psychological behaviour manifests as physical symptoms and how to diagnose them is what I help Ayurvedic Doctors learn. You too can learn Nadi Pariksha – The Sacred Science of Pulse Diagnosis.

Diagnostic evaluation is one of the most interesting subjects to study and practice. Most people working with people do not probe deep enough into evaluation because it consumes time. They instead just take an aerial view of the symptom and are quick to fix it. Read this research paper which says medical evaluation has taken a back seat since the year 2000 when modern medical diagnostic machines are perceived to replace doctors’ evaluation. Its such a mislead.

I have been teaching doctors to practice diagnosis and evaluation through Nadi Pariksha. My book – Nadi Pariksha-The Sacred Science of Pulse Diagnosis will help every Ayurvedic doctor must learn Nadi Pariksha.

And now, we plan to teach a basic version of Nadi Pariksha to every householder so that they can effectively diagnose aches and pains in the body and avoid running to a local drug store to medicate themselves, instead learn to cure their symptoms with Marma Chikitsa.

Did you know that I have a pre-launch offer for you where I am giving away my book at 40% off the listed price and its available until the 25th May. Get your copy today.

With this simple remedy you can cure your neck pain

Pain in the nape of the neck and shoulder is one of the most common problems people encounter. And there is no age to the occurrence of this pain. I remember having these pains in my pre-teens. And the remedy ranged from putting a beladona plaster to lying on a hard round utensil all night which put pressure on the pain.

Recently we concluded the Basic Marma Chikitsa Coaching Programme in Bangalore. I had a participant who had pain in the nape of the neck and shoulders. He mentioned that his pain was a everyday occurrence and he found it difficult to manage it. He was actually putting up with his pain. He had his wife with him.

I did a 30 second Marma Chikitsa procedure and his pain reduced considerably. I repeated the procedure and this time the pain vanished.

Then, I wanted him to let us know the reason for his pain.

This man was a team lead in a software company. He has his deadlines to adhere to. Its a high pressure job responsibility he is managing. Now, that is not the cause of his pain.

His pain begins whenever he has to listen to his team mates complain with reasons about why something can’t be done. When the reasons are frivolous and annoying, and when he continues to listen, the combination of what he is listening to and his internal reaction creates his pain.

Removing such pain is easy. Here is the way to remove such pain.

Here is the procedure if you are doing it to someone else:

1. Make the person sit straight and facing you
2. Reach out to the bulb like protrusion behind the person’s ears
3. Now rotate outward 3 times and just move your hands down the person’s neck and on the shoulders
4. That’s it. You probably would want to repeat this another time.

Here’s a short video in which I demonstrate the process.

Love you job or else this could happen to you

A few days ago there was a joke trending on the internet. It read, “There are people who give discourses where-in they encouraged their audience to stop chasing money. The irony is that the so called saints themselves charged ₹2 Lakhs for their discourse.” They probably wanted to cut competition.

Chasing money brings with it its symptoms and sometimes these symptoms can get worrisome. I had one person come for a consultation recently.

A man of 24 years came to me for a consultation citing he had sharp shooting pains in his elbow and shoulders. He had consulted elsewhere before coming here and he was diagnosed as having a tennis elbow and frozen shoulder.

I performed his Nadi Pariksha and I shared my diagnosis with him. During the diagnosis, I asked him a few questions. The answers revealed to me why he had his symptoms.

I asked him whether he liked his job! His answer was, No! And he said it without a hesitation. Then I asked him; Why are you working then? To which he replied; for money. Then, I asked him; Do you like waking up to go to work? And his answer was a ‘No’ again.

After my conversation with him, I still had to prove that his pains were because of his dispassion towards his job. So, I performed Marma Chikitsa on him and his pains vanishes almost immediately. I left him to realise how his everyday dislike to what he was doing created his symptom.

The answer to his problem is not to quit his job, but to find a reason to continue to work. Life is always giving and the best is just around the corner. But, how do I get that elusive best moments of my life?

There are practices which I teach that helps you create what you really want. And it works every single time. I even created an audio guide which you can get from here.

I also created an offer for you so that you don’t have to wait for your appointment to learn how. I’ve reduced the price so now you can grab the offer. Download it, practice it and let’s meet, and I’ll share more about the specific practice you can do to create your life just the way you want.

His stomach was burning and his joints were hurting

neck-and-shoulder-pain-man

When you look perfectly okay, but you have unexplained physical problems and you don’t know what is the root cause of it, Nadi Pariksha (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis) is the only way to find out the real problem.

A man, 35 years of age came for a Nadi Pariksha consultation. After performing his Nadi Pariksha, I found that he had stiffness in his neck, his stomach was burning. His joints were stiff and he was lacking quality sleep and that would create stiffness in his neck and aggravate as a nasty migraine. He was judgmental and he would get intensely angry at the slightest provocation. His intense anger was the root cause of all his symptoms.

I enquired with him whether he was getting sudden and intense anger and whether he faced these physical symptoms! He agreed that he was indeed getting angry for frivolous reasons and then his stiff neck condition worsened leaving him with a bad migraine, his burning sensation in the stomach aggravated and his lack of sleep seemed incurable.

Anger can create widespread consequences. When you get angry, tamas, the quality of energy that induces sleep gets disturbed. Further, your alkaline mucus lining in your stomach and your intestines begin to reduce and will eventually result in ulcers. The muscles that bind your joints can lose their elasticity and result in stiff joints. It can further get complicated and result in permanent injuries in your ankles, knees and your shoulders.

This is not the first time I have seen anger manifest into a bothersome symptom. I have seen how anger has manifested into schizophrenia and the person has died of a brain haemorrhage in sleep, and the worst I have witnessed, is how anger has manifested into cancer of the bile duct.

He had taken some so-called remedial measures that actually were slowly destroying him. He had begun compromising and controlling his anger. He was giving into situations so that there would be no confrontation.

But, this step actually destroyed his own peace. He was getting angry but controlling it and diverting himself. The result was manifesting physically.

Anger is not bad. The misuse of anger is bad. Controlling your anger is the worst practice you can create for yourself. It will surely destroy you. Controlling anger is like slow poison.

I explained to him why his body was creating this condition. He could see clearly how he was unknowingly harming himself. So, I suggested that he undertake a few therapies that will help him release all his bent up reasons that cause his anger. I also suggested that he bring his wife so that she can learn  Marma Chikitsa and help him sleep peacefully.

I ended the consultation with giving him Marma Chikitsa treatment. His body and mind relaxed. He felt calm. He had a restful sleep that night.

Almost all physical conditions have their root cause in how you react to your environment. Addressing the root cause and alongside reversing the symptoms is the best way to bring your body and mind to harmony permanently.

Her old neck problem got cured in minutes

A lady of 55 years came to consult me. She was on a visit to meet the owners of the resort where I was holidaying with my family.

The resort owners introduced us to each other and they told her what I did and that she can experience Nadi Pariksha first hand.

So we scheduled a time during the day for her appointment.

I performed her Nadi Pariksha. I started explaining my diagnosis to her. I told her how, her judgments were affecting her. She then narrated how her daughters had turned against her, and how her relatives didn’t respect her and she believed that her life changed course because of her mother’s decision to get her married. I told her those were the very reasons that fed her anger. She agreed.

I further explained to her how her anger caused her neck pain. She looked at me with disbelief and actually waved her had in a way which meant to rubbish my statement because she had taken physiotherapy, worn a collar and was told its a degenerative condition.

Now comes my part. I have to show her- not by convincing her, but by demonstrating to her with a technique that will instantly get her to understand why she had her neck pain and how it can be cured.

So, I make her stand. I do just a part of Marma Chikitsa, not even the whole of it, just the part that releases neck stiffness and eases radiating pains. As I finished, she began searching for her pain. She looked quite robotic in her shrugging, twisting her neck in all possible angles just to feel a little pain. It was gone.

You should’ve seen the joy on her face. She called a fortnight later to inform me that her relief seemed permanent.

If you have neck pain, no matter what the symptom is called, don’t just settle for the name. Get to find out the root cause and work on it. It’s that simple.
