Mahesh Krishnamurthy is an expert in Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis. He received his training in the Himalayas more than 15 years ago. He is a Training and Assessment Professional for Ayurveda Doctors. He received certificate in Therapeutic Application of Yoga from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai. He was invited to research in Yoga and Ayurveda Shastras as a Senior Research Fellow at FRLHT which is now called Institute of Ayurveda and Integrated Medicine, I-AIM. He received title from the Director General AYUSH, Government of Haryana as Nadi Visheshagnya. Mahesh has experience working with a wide variety of populations from different professions and also from different parts of the world. He enjoys working with people through Ayurveda and Therapeutic Yoga, Psychological, Mental and Emotional Healing and is eager to spread that passion to others!
Mahesh’s journey started in 1992 when he was selected as a candidate for National Nature Leadership Camp which was jointly conducted by the National Defence Academy and WWF India. He was adjudged the Best Camper of India for that year. His discipline and dedication towards his work springs from here.
Mahesh has a natural ability to working with people, their emotions and their psyche. He began working with people when he was barely 21 years of age. Backed by 27 years of practice and experience of working with over 43000 people, Mahesh works with people using his natural ability and his strong intuition.
Mahesh has clients visiting him from different domains such as Air Force personnel, IT professionals, Counsellors, Yoga Professionals, Home makers, Business Professional, etc,. He has expertise in understanding how the mind-body mechanism works. Using his knowledge he has developed his expertise in sleep therapy and he cures snoring, migraines and aches and pains in the body. He also helps his clients overcome trauma, and helps dying people find peace in their last days.
Mahesh helps his clients understand their health condition. His approach is unique. He spends time with his clients and explains to them how the body and mind are interconnected. This helps his clients realise the extent of abuse they have brought about to themselves. Further, Mahesh counsels his clients about the possible ways to undo the physical, mental, emotional and psychological damage with simple and actionable remedies.
It is important for every employee to align his/her goals, objectives and aspirations with that of the company they work for. This is called integrity. When there is a mis-alignment the employee-organisation relation is disharmonious. Such disharmony creates inefficiency and breeds unhealthy mindsets amongst fellow employees.

Mahesh Krishnamurthy has a passion to share his knowledge. He has trained over 250 Ayurveda Doctors in the science of Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis. Mahesh also teaches Marma Chikitsa, an ancient remedy from the Pre-Ramayana era that helps balance the flow of Prana in the body. This therapy can be learnt by any person. He says, to understand oneself, one only needs to live life qualitatively. The body knows how to take care of itself. Living qualitatively is the way to support your body. Mahesh Krishnamurthy is an author. His first book “Nadi Pariksha: The Sacred Science of Pulse Diagnosis is written for Ayurveda Doctors who wish to learn Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis. Mahesh realised his purpose of life in the year 1999. He had his experience of Self Realisation in the year 2007.
In the year 2009, Mahesh had one narrow escape with death and a near death experience. These two experiences brought into Mahesh profound learnings about life.
He has since been working with yet another category of clients – people ailing from terminal illnesses.
Mahesh is currently engaged in writing his second book on Nadi Pariksha.
