Life is a complex combination of thought, emotion and feeling and your physical body. Health depends on what you think, how you feel and the consequences your body experiences.
Here’s what you need to know
We have a choice of how we think and what we think. We also have a choice on how we feel. But the consequences the body experiences cannot be changed or avoided.
Much of what we think and feel is repetitive. This means though we have a choice to think differently, we are unconsciously enslaved by our subconscious patterns.
What you can do about yourself
Unless we free ourselves from the clutches of our subconscious, we cannot enjoy life in the real sense. We do experience pleasures from time to time, but that isn’t happiness.
Our Group sessions are intended to help you clear the inventory of your past experiences, thought patterns, emotions and feelings which prevent you from being mentally, emotionally and physically healthy.
