He received his training in the Himalayas more than 15 years ago. Mahesh is a Training and Assessment Professional for Ayurveda Doctors. He received certificate in Therapeutic Application of Yoga from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai.
Mahesh was invited to research in Yoga and Ayurveda Shastras as a Senior Research Fellow at FRLHT which is now called Institute of Ayurveda and Integrated Medicine, I-AIM. He received title from the Director General AYUSH, Government of Haryana as Nadi Visheshagnya. Mahesh has experience working with a wide variety of populations from different professions and also from different parts of the world. He enjoys working with people through Ayurveda and Therapeutic Yoga, Psychological, Mental and Emotional Healing and is eager to spread his passion with others!
Mahesh has clients visiting him from different domains. Some of them are Air Force personnel, IT professionals, Counsellors, Yoga Professionals and Business Professionals. He has expertise in understanding how the mind-body mechanism works. Using his knowledge he has developed his expertise in helping people overcome workplace stress. H can reduce your snoring, cure migraines and aches and pains in the body. He also helps his clients overcome trauma.
Mahesh helps his clients understand their health condition. His approach is unique. He spends time with his clients and explains to them how the body and mind are interconnected. This helps his clients realise what causes them to feel stress and the extent of abuse they have brought about to themselves. Mahesh has a natural ability to working with people, their emotions and their psyche. His ability shone itself after several years of his meditation. He began working with people when he was 21 years of age. Mahesh has close to 3 decades of practice and experience of working with people. He has provided his consultations to over 43000 people. Mahesh continues to work with people using his natural ability and his strong intuition.
Mahesh studied Yoga from several institutions. These include Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA, Bangalore), Sri Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram (KYM, Chennai), Kaivalyadham (Lonavla), and a few other institutions. He combined the various techniques of Yoga that he learnt from these institutions and uses them as therapeutic practices to help people.
Mahesh also researched as a Senior Research Fellow for four years, on Yoga and Ayurveda at the Foundation of Revitalisation of Local Health Traditions (FRLHT), a Centre of Excellence in Ayurveda and Medicinal Plants.
Mahesh’s inward journey into self discipline started in 1992. He was selected as a candidate for National Nature Leadership Camp. This camp was jointly conducted by the National Defence Academy, the premiere organisation that trains our Military forces and WWF India. Mahesh went through rigorous training which included physical and psychological activities. He was adjudged the Best Camper of India for that year. His discipline and dedication towards his work springs from here.
Mahesh realised his purpose of life in the year 1999. He had his experience of Self Realisation in the year 2007.
In the year 2009, Mahesh had one narrow escape with death and in the same year, had a near death experience. These two experiences brought into Mahesh profound learnings about life.
Mahesh Krishnamurthy is an author. His first book “Nadi Pariksha: The Sacred Science of Pulse Diagnosis is written for Ayurveda Doctors who wish to learn Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis.
