What is a Traditional Health Coach?

You may have heard the term “health coach” popping up in nutritional circles and appearing randomly in magazine articles and on TV. However, I often find when I tell someone that I’m a traditional health coach, they have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about. Health and wellness coaches are popping up in doctor’s offices, spas, gyms and private practices all over the country. They often offer services and fill gaps that doctors, nutritionists and dietitians don’t have the time or resources to fill. I go one extra mile. What I do is different. I also diagnose and evaluate your health because, when we look at the dosha, the manifestations and prognosis is more accurate than any every form of modern diagnosis. Most traditional doctors either don’t know or don’t have time for this. Sad, but true!

I have the expertise to help you with:

  • – Diagnosis & Evaluation
  • – Ayurvedic Nutrition
  • – Prana Activation
  • – Stress mitigation
  • – Work place wellness
  • – Emotional Wellbeing
  • – Wellness at home
  • – Emotional Wellbeing
  • – Sleep harmonisation
