When fear grips you and your doctor screw it up further

A previous client of mine brought with him his brother-in-law for consultation.

I performed his Nadi Pariksha (The Sacred Science of Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis). I found that he had indigestion.

This means he wasn’t able to pass stools after he woke up. Further, there are several associated symptoms that symptom creates, such as palpitations, lethargy, boredom, fullness of mind, etc,. I explained to him what led him to be the way he is. I explained how he would worry and begin eating. And how he would think to himself; if I didn’t eat, I’ll die of starvation. And so, he ate everyday.

This led to a partial obstruction in his small intestines. Gas in the intestines moved upward into his abdomen and his chest. He developed discomfort, pain and bloating. He had palpitations. He was afraid. So, he approached and searched the most wide database of information, “Google”. He identified with the worst that could possibly happen to him.

Then, retaining all that information in his head, he went to a doctor and narrated his symptoms and the associated medical terms. The doctor wrote a prescription for my client which included a medicine to reduce his blood pressure, another one to maintain his heart and the third to reduce his palpitations.

When my client heard my diagnosis, he was aghast. He thought to himself; how is it possible that I’ve such a simple answer to my symptoms and I’m having to take such complex medications!

He wasn’t convinced but he accepted the fact that he was experiencing all the symptoms I had mentioned just then. After explaining that his symptoms need not be grave at all, he calmed down. The truth was that he did not even have a heart problem.

How often have you come across a situation when you’ll have the liberty to choose between what’s appropriate and what’s convenient?

when I’m teaching others, I tell the doctors who come to learn this sacred science Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis; Always make the better choice when the given options are root cause diagnosis and treatment Vs symptomatic diagnosis.

He healed others but this happened to him

Man thinking

A person in his 50’s came to me for a consultation. He saw how his wife recovered in my clinic from body pains and so, he sought a consultation for himself.

I performed his Nadi Pariksha (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis). I found that he had low self worth, insecurities and as a result, he had digestive issues and disturbed sleep.

When I narrated these, he agreed in totality. He told me that he was a healer himself and that he had several subconscious and spiritual tools that he used on several people and they healed most people of their problems.

The problem he faced was that, all of the therapies he used worked on anyone and his clients get wonderful results. But when he applied these tools on himself, it wouldn’t work. He was perplexed and didn’t seem to realise where the problem was.

The process of diagnosis I use is one of the best in the world and beats most of the other diagnostic techniques.

I’ve had experience of picking up functional abnormalities in the heart due to a drug reaction In a patient in the ICU of a Bangalore based hospital. The heart machine itself picked up this abnormality some 48 hours after Nadi Pariksha revealed it.

Looking at the diagnosis, I was able to show him the cause of his insecurity and his inability to believe in the therapies he practices because, they did not produce tangible and measurable results. And he was always using his analytical skills to measure the outcomes. And when that didn’t happen, he lost faith.

The reason the therapies worked on others was because of their faith in my client.

This understanding brought a new wave of clarity on him and my client now is coming to resolve his core issues that prevent him from being the best at what he does.

Every successful person goes through his highs and lows and what’s important is that they too need healing sometimes that can help them bounce back and take charge of their life once again.

His stomach was burning and his joints were hurting

neck-and-shoulder-pain-man

When you look perfectly okay, but you have unexplained physical problems and you don’t know what is the root cause of it, Nadi Pariksha (Ayurvedic Pulse Diagnosis) is the only way to find out the real problem.

A man, 35 years of age came for a Nadi Pariksha consultation. After performing his Nadi Pariksha, I found that he had stiffness in his neck, his stomach was burning. His joints were stiff and he was lacking quality sleep and that would create stiffness in his neck and aggravate as a nasty migraine. He was judgmental and he would get intensely angry at the slightest provocation. His intense anger was the root cause of all his symptoms.

I enquired with him whether he was getting sudden and intense anger and whether he faced these physical symptoms! He agreed that he was indeed getting angry for frivolous reasons and then his stiff neck condition worsened leaving him with a bad migraine, his burning sensation in the stomach aggravated and his lack of sleep seemed incurable.

Anger can create widespread consequences. When you get angry, tamas, the quality of energy that induces sleep gets disturbed. Further, your alkaline mucus lining in your stomach and your intestines begin to reduce and will eventually result in ulcers. The muscles that bind your joints can lose their elasticity and result in stiff joints. It can further get complicated and result in permanent injuries in your ankles, knees and your shoulders.

This is not the first time I have seen anger manifest into a bothersome symptom. I have seen how anger has manifested into schizophrenia and the person has died of a brain haemorrhage in sleep, and the worst I have witnessed, is how anger has manifested into cancer of the bile duct.

He had taken some so-called remedial measures that actually were slowly destroying him. He had begun compromising and controlling his anger. He was giving into situations so that there would be no confrontation.

But, this step actually destroyed his own peace. He was getting angry but controlling it and diverting himself. The result was manifesting physically.

Anger is not bad. The misuse of anger is bad. Controlling your anger is the worst practice you can create for yourself. It will surely destroy you. Controlling anger is like slow poison.

I explained to him why his body was creating this condition. He could see clearly how he was unknowingly harming himself. So, I suggested that he undertake a few therapies that will help him release all his bent up reasons that cause his anger. I also suggested that he bring his wife so that she can learn  Marma Chikitsa and help him sleep peacefully.

I ended the consultation with giving him Marma Chikitsa treatment. His body and mind relaxed. He felt calm. He had a restful sleep that night.

Almost all physical conditions have their root cause in how you react to your environment. Addressing the root cause and alongside reversing the symptoms is the best way to bring your body and mind to harmony permanently.

He was sleep deprived and then this happened to him

He was sitting in the last seat 31A of the flight that he had taken to Hyderabad. The window was half open. He was feeling sleep deprived and so his eyes were going shut. He was trying to keep himself awake and picked up the inflight magazine. He just kept flipping the pages without being able to focus properly. So, he put the magazine back in its holder and rested his chin on his palm.

Time passed and he was still sleepy. He peered outside the aircraft window and saw green fields below. It looked hazy. He looked at his waist. He hasn’t secured his seat belt. He wondered how he had not realised that the aircraft had taken off. His mind began to work waking him from sleep.

He turned towards the isle and saw a man walking towards him, looking for his seat number. What the … he wondered. Did he get into the flight mid air? He then turned towards the window wide awake. What he had seen with his half closed eyes was not fields, but the squares on the cemented parking bay. The flight hadn’t moved. Oh! He exclaimed to himself. Was I hallucinating? Oh my God! He thought to himself. Why do I feel deprived of sleep? Why is sleep simply not enough for me! What’s wrong with me?

Sleep is an important part of your life. Sleep resets your body clock and prepared your body and mind to face the next day. Without proper sleep your body and mind are on an overdrive. Your body spends more energy than needed to get less done. Your performance drops and you stop enjoying everything you do.

Sleep deprivation is not easy to deal with. It causes chronic fatigue. It leads to snoring. Snoring keeps you fatigued and your family disturbed. You become the centre of their conversation. It is humiliating. If snoring is not cured, it leads to sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a warning. Snoring usually leads to a heart attack.

You can see some of our political leaders sleeping on the Dias. They’re clearly ignoring the warning signs.

The sleep-ap machine too is not a cure. Nor does it reduce the risk of a heart attack. It only manages your symptom while you continue to feel sleep deprived.

Snoring and sleep apnea can be cured with proper Ayurvedic therapy.

People who snore are usually unaware of their problem. Ask your partner or spouse. If you’re snoring, take action now to cure it.

With Nadi Pariksha, the root cause of snoring can be diagnosed and remedied. Sleep well from today.

His symptoms went undiagnosed and then this happened

exhausted-man

A lady called me asking for help regarding her son. Her son was constantly thinking. He was unable to sleep. His hands were unsteady. He had palpitations. And he was only 19 years of age.

The family had shown their son to several doctors. Some prescribed pills to reduce his anxiety while some others tried counseling him. Nothing had worked.

The lady called from Goa and requested me to come to visit them. It was after a couple of months after her call that I got a chance to go to Goa.

I visited the family. I diagnosed their son through Nadi Pariksha and realised what the problem was.

I asked the boy…”How many times do you masturbate everyday?” He answered that he masturbated at least twice daily.

That was the root cause of all his symptoms.

I gave him some therapies and suggested only one medicine that will regenerate his tissues and asked him to stop masturbating for 2 months. In a week’s time, his sleep got better. In 15 days, his hands became steady. And in 2 months, he was back in perfect health.

This is what happened to him.

Shukra is a tissue in the body that helps cells regenerate and produces reproductive tissue in both men and women. The strength of Shukra also is an indicator strength of Ojus or your life-force energy.

In our body we have seven tissues. These are called Rasa (nutrient component of food), Rakta (blood),Mamsa (muscle tissue), Meda (fat tissue), Asthi (bone tissue), Majja (marrow and nerve tissue), Shukra (reproductive and regenerative tissue), Artava (menstrual fluid in women) and Ojus (life-force). Each of the tissues also produce their by-products; by-product of Rasa is Kapha, by-product of Rakta is Pitta, by-product of Mamsa is ear wax, by-product of Meda is sweat, by-product of Asthi is nail and hair, by-product of Majja is whitish discharge from eyes and by-product of Shukra is Ojus.

Masturbating once in a while for pleasure is understandable. When you indulge in masturbating more often, loss of Shukra will weaken Kapha, Ojus, and increases Vata which excites your nerves and your mind. This causes excitation of all other tissues. Regeneration of tissues are disturbed and the body begins to lose vital life force energy.

Some of the symptoms you’ll experience are; weakness in your nerves, restless muscles, loss of fatty tissue in the body, Low back pains, pain in lower limbs, hair fall, dry skin, shivering, palpitations, anxiety, restless thinking, aggressive behavior, lack of confidence, fear, delusions, delirium, sleeplessness, insomnia, indigestion, extreme fatigue, and urine retention, to name a few.

A person who is unemployed mentally will indulge in acts such as masturbation.

The best way to live is to make judicious use of your body and mind. Your body is a tool given to use so that you can accomplish your life’s purpose. Keep your mind occupied with healthy thoughts, healthy habits and healthy attitude so that your efforts are focussed and produce appropriate results that keep your body healthy and the mind pleasant.
