Healing through Antar Mouna
Antar Mouna is a practice that helps us separate us from our thoughts, feelings and emotions. The process involves several techniques which include controlling the senses through – breathing practices, feeling body consciousness, observing thoughts, patterns and separating the mind from the self.
The practice lasts for upto 10 minutes each day and can be done repetitively several times through the day.
